Shorts Bot is a personal automation tool operated by a single YouTube channel owner for their own channel. It is not offered to other users.

What data is accessed

When the channel owner connects a Google account, Shorts Bot receives an OAuth token with the YouTube scope. It uses the YouTube Data API only to:

• upload videos created and approved by the channel owner to their own channel, and
• read the connected channel's name to confirm the connection.

Shorts Bot does not read viewers' data, comments, analytics or any other account data.

How data is stored and shared

The OAuth token is stored only on the operator's private server, readable only by the administrator. It is never sold, shared with or transferred to third parties, and is not used for advertising. Shorts Bot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

Shorts Bot uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or via the Google security settings. When access is revoked or the tool is disconnected, the stored token is deleted from the server.
